Quality Tenants
Aside from extensive credit, employment, and previous landlord checks, we also use google and social media to find out a little more about who’s wanting to live at your property. We also insist on meeting all applicants face to face so we can get to know a little more about them. We’re landlords ourselves and wouldn’t recommend them for your rental property if we had any doubts about putting them in our own.
Relationship
We call it tenancy management, not property management. Any landlord or letting agent can arrange for a broken-down boiler or a damaged roof tile to be fixed. We call it tenancy management because looking after any reactive maintenance at the property is only a very small part of being a landlord. Navigating the legislation and managing the relationship with the tenant so they’ll want to respect and look after your property is what we believe to be most important factor in protecting your investment.
We believe in creating a healthy relationship with your tenants from the minute we meet them and by letting them know we value them. Afterall, without tenants you couldn’t be a landlord and we wouldn’t have a business.
Protection
Operating within the law, having complaint tenancy documents, and providing a safe property for your tenants is the best way any landlord can protect themselves and their investment. For additional piece of mind, we can also offer several other products and services, such as: -
- Rent Protection Insurance
- Zero Deposit Scheme
- Landlord Building & Contents Insurance
Is Your Money Safe?
Client Money Protection Insurance (CMP) is an insurance product for letting agents. CMP protects the rental money a tenant pays to their letting agent to pass onto a landlord. Few landlords or tenants are aware of CMP but its important for landlords to know this cover is in place should their agent go out of business or attempt to use client funds fraudulently. We’re pleased to say we do.
